No controlled human combination data

No published controlled study was identified in which sermorelin and ipamorelin were given together with a measured clinical or pharmacologic outcome. CT.gov pair search: 0. Vendor “GH stack” synergy claims are not evidence.

What this stack means

SermorelinGHRH(1-29)-NH₂ — shortest fully active GHRH fragmentApproved medicine historically (US Geref); brand discontinued
IpamorelinSelective GHS-R1a / ghrelin-receptor agonistLimited/early human data — not approved

There is no CAS for the blend. Mechanistic rationale (GHRH receptor + GHS-R1a → GH) is a hypothesis, not proof for this product.

Sermorelin

Stimulates endogenous pulsatile GH. Historical US product Geref covered diagnostic and paediatric GHD contexts; brand discontinued ~2008 and FDA withdrew approval in 2009 not for a new safety signal in the usual framing — still not a current authorisation for anti-aging or body recomposition. Plasma half-life is very short (minutes IV per available SmPC framing). WADA: GHRH analogues are prohibited (S2-related) — follow the current list.

Ipamorelin

Selective GH release with minimal ACTH/cortisol in early studies (Raun 1998). Terminal half-life ~2 h (Gobburu 1999). Only published efficacy RCT (post-op ileus, Beck 2014) missed its primary endpoint. Never approved; WADA S2-related.

  • Any dose, nightly protocol, or reconstitution schedule
