Editorial team & review
Trust in a medical reference depends on knowing who stands behind it and how it is reviewed. Here is who maintains this site, how every entry is checked, and the independence rules we hold ourselves to.
Who maintains this
An independent, evidence-based reference for research peptides and similar molecules, written and maintained by an independent editorial collective and held to published editorial and verification standards.
Why we publish as a collective
We write and review as an independent collective and do not attach personal bylines to entries. That is deliberate: this reference is meant to be judged on its method, not on the names behind it. Everything we publish is traced to its sources and passes the automated checks on our verification page — so you can check any claim yourself instead of taking anyone's word for it. What we ask you to trust is our independence and a transparent, reproducible process.
Medical & scientific review
We are engaging a qualified medical / scientific reviewer to formally sign off on the content. We will not claim expert review we do not yet have — so until a named reviewer is in place, this section says exactly that. Every article already shows its last editorial-review date and is held to the standards below.
How an entry is reviewed
Every article passes both human editorial judgement and automated checks before it can ship.
Traced to primary sources
Every value and claim is traced to a source — and, where the evidence is non-English, retrieved and translated from the original rather than summarised second-hand.
Automated verification
Five build-time checks gate every release — language parity, translation freshness, source provenance, citation liveness, and a test of the tests themselves. See the verification page for what each one does.
Editorial standards
Evidence is graded honestly (human / animal / in-vitro / in-silico / hypothesis), approved medicines are separated from research reagents, and nothing reads as safe or legal to take.
Dated review
Every article carries a last-reviewed date, and the citation links are re-checked on a schedule so the reference does not quietly rot.
Independence & transparency
- We are independent and do not sell peptides, supplements, or any product.
- We do not link to vendors or earn commission on any sale.
- We have no commercial stake in what the evidence turns out to show.
- Corrections are published openly — accuracy outranks tidiness.
