No controlled combination data
In the reviewed 2026-10-07 dossier, no controlled study of GHK-Cu + KPV + BPC-157 + TB-500 as a fixed blend was identified. Any claimed anti-inflammatory advantage from adding KPV to a GLOW-style core is a hypothesis from component literature, not a measured blend result. No dose or protocol is published here.
Section 1 of 6GLOW vs KLOW
GLOW vs KLOW
| GLOW | KLOW | |
|---|---|---|
| Peptide count | 3 | 4 |
| Core | GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 | Same core |
| Extra | — | KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) |
| Typical labelled total | ~70 mg (50+10+10) | ~80 mg (50+10+10+10) |
| Molecular status | Mixture, not a new molecule | Mixture, not a new molecule |
| Controlled combination data | None identified | None identified |
KLOW is not an "improved GLOW molecule". It is the GLOW core plus a fourth named peptide in the same vial.
Section 2 of 6Typical labelled composition
Typical labelled composition
| Component | Typical labelled amount | Monograph |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | ~50 mg | See component page |
| KPV | ~10 mg | Preclinical anti-inflammatory tripeptide |
| BPC-157 | ~10 mg | See component page |
| TB-500 | ~10 mg | Fragment vs thymosin beta-4 caveat |
80 mg on a label is usually the sum, not 80 mg of each peptide. Lot COAs may diverge from the label; "TB-500" identity remains batch-dependent (same trap as GLOW).
Section 3 of 6KPV — the component that distinguishes KLOW
KPV — the component that distinguishes KLOW
KPV is α-MSH(11–13) (Lys-Pro-Val; ~342.4 g/mol). Published work cited on the KPV monograph and re-checked for this dossier is preclinical (e.g. PepT1-related intestinal inflammation models, α-MSH-core comparisons, nanoparticle colitis delivery, rabbit corneal topical work). No human RCT or approved indication for KPV was identified in the reviewed material.
A PubMed-style combination query (KPV AND BPC-157 OR GHK-Cu OR TB-500) did not yield a KLOW blend study.
PCAC July 2026 included separate questions on KPV free base / acetate as bulk drug substances — again for the substance, not for KLOW.
Section 4 of 6Claims vs evidence
Claims vs evidence
| Claim | Assessment |
|---|---|
| KLOW = GLOW + KPV | Supported as a trade definition |
| KPV makes the blend an "anti-inflammatory upgrade" | Not verified for the blend; KPV has preclinical anti-inflammatory findings alone |
| 80 mg = 80 mg of each peptide | False — typically total label mass |
| Clinical injection protocol | Reject |
| Approved drug blend | False |
